BatchBook Goes Beta

BatchBook Goes Beta

I’ve only been with BatchBlue about four weeks, but I’m already lucky enough to do something I’ve never done—see a product go beta. BatchBook, our web-based contact management application for small businesses, had done just that.

When I came on board, BatchBook was very close to beta already. My role involved fixing presentation bugs, ensuring cross-browser compatability, testing, and some design and brainstorming for future features.

All along the way, we have been working closely with our Blue By You user group to make sure the product is versatile enough to fit the needs of a variety of small businesses. Now that we are welcoming beta users, we look forward to incorporating even more excellent feedback.

I invite you, dear reader, to sign up for a beta account. We are borderline obsessed with receiving feedback from our users, so please let us know what you think. We have extensive FAQs if you would like to learn more.
