It&#039;s nice to see a developer thinking about how people operate, providing functionality, and not taking things too seriously (procrastinate, indeed!)

Wouldn&#039;t it be great if enterprise applications were written end to end this way?  Can you imagine the sales / CRM / Fulfillment tool at acme widgets now?   Buttons like, &quot;Look someone up&quot;, &quot;Ship it now&quot;, &quot;Give &#039;em their money back&quot;, &quot;send the bill&quot;.

What if processes weren&#039;t constructed around tool limitations?  

Hope other developers are taking notes!
