As the User Experience Designer for BatchBlue Software, I worked intensively on our only product: BatchBook, a social CRM built for small businesses, freelancers, and sole proprietors. My role involved mocking up new features, the visual design, markup and style of the app, community management, customer service, user testing, and a little bit of everything else.
