Summary
From the moment I came back from the WebVisions 2006 conference in Portland, I began pushing for Aptima to start an external corporate blog. Somewhat to my surprise, the reaction was quite positive and the process (thanks to a small team) has been relatively quick. The went live, March 1, 2007.
My Role
The CogBlog, in many ways, is my pet project, so my role is broad. I was the one that threw the idea out there. I was the one that built the plan. I was the one that coded the thing on his own dime, just to make it happen quicker. I also did the visual design, working with the brand already established by another designer.
